Backup Monitoring

TOPONE inspects and monitors the backup system of the client company. If the monitoring system finds that the backup is in an abnormal situation, it will send the relevant alarm to the support system of TOPONE and notify by email. Then we will find the source of the problem ,reduce the potential damage and identify the source of the problem to prevent similar situations from happening again.

                                                                     

Backup Restore test

TOPONE makes a service commitment to perform backup and restore tests for each of the customer's servers each month. Customers can check the details of backup test including time, results, backup method, location, etc. to monitor the backup test.
