The Service Acceptance Form is used to monitor the service
and expenditure for the supporting service. The duly
signed form will be prepared by Topone in accordance
with the schedule.

Reporting
Everyone understands the important of document, but
hard to implement.? Topone treats the documentation
as part of our service. The maintenance administrative
report will be prepared to document all system configuration,
major contact person, hardware and software inventory,
license, warranty and contract information for our client.

return such information to our client immediately upon
